Initial Consultation

If you are interested in pursuing counselling with me then please contact me via phone or e-mail. We can then arrange a free 15 minute consultation on the phone before we schedule your initial consultation.

The initial consultation will involve me asking more questions than in a regular counselling session. This is so that I have an understanding of your background and what you are looking to achieve from counselling.

If at the end of the initial consultation we agree to begin work together then we will arrange a regular day and time for the sessions. We will then discuss and commit to a working agreement for the counselling. This can be reviewed at any time and if you decide you no longer wish to continue then the counselling will come to an end.

Fees

The fee for the initial consultation is £50 for 50 minutes. Sometimes it may be necessary to schedule a second consultation appointment, but this would be discussed during the initial consultation appointment. Ongoing sessions between 10am – 4pm are £45 and sessions between 8am – 10am and between 4pm – 7pm are £50. I am able to offer a concessionary rate of £30 to students or those on a low income. These sessions would be online via Zoom.
